The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labeling. Features:
1. Manual valves can be used to prevent accidents caused by residual pressure in the pneumatic pipeline.
2. The supply and exhaust status of the air flow can be checked at a glance.
3. When in the exhaust position, the valve can be secured with a padlock. Prevents accidental activation while personnel are cleaning or servicing equipment.
4. Push the handle first and then turn it to prevent malfunction in two steps.
5. They can be used individually or conveniently attached to FRL units using modular spacers.
6. It is easy to be maintained because it can realse the hypo-side pressure when it is working.
