W Series Pressure GaugeWAAL W Series pressure gauges are precision instruments designed for measuring and displaying air pressure in pneumatic systems, air compressors, FRL units, and industrial automation equipment. Available in 40mm and 50mm dial sizes with pressure ranges of 0-1MPa and 0-1.6MPa, these gauges provide reliable and accurate pressure monitoring for a wide range of applications.
The W series includes W1001, W2001, W3001, W4001, W5001, and W6001 models, available in black or grey white dial designs with back or bottom connection options to suit different mounting requirements. Digital pressure gauge models are also available for applications requiring higher precision and digital readout.
The pressure gauge operates on the Bourdon tube principle. A curved elliptical tube (Bourdon tube) is connected to the pressure inlet. When pressurized air enters the tube, the tube tends to straighten, and this movement is transferred through a linkage and gear mechanism to rotate the pointer across the calibrated dial, indicating the pressure value.
The movement is made of stainless steel for durability and precision, and the copper alloy Bourdon tube ensures accurate and repeatable measurements.
