Installation Instructions

 

Preparation

1. The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.

2. Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bringing dust to the air path.

3. Pay attention to the direction of airflow and an arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
 

Pressure Adjustment

1. Pull up the knob of pressure gauge, rotate:

If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily.Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.

2. Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob,forget this step you may face leakage problem.


Dial Reading

Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.

Filtration

The filtration process is carried out automatically, and the 25 micron filter element removes sediment, suspended solids, colloids, rust, particles in the air.

Drainage

Drainage column will automatic excrete if there is no pressure,and it will close during the air flow passing. When the water level is beyond upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise that will cause poor dehumidification.

Oil Adjustment

Rotate the needle valve in the "+" direction to increase the oil absorption speed, and it will slow down or stop when you rotate to "-" direction.

Refueling

Rotates refueling screw clockwise, oil you add should not exceed 80% of bowl. After refueling, please tighten the refueling screw.
 

 

 

Three drainage methods
Different Pressure Drain	Outlet pagoda-type connector, the tube can be connected PU hose. When no pressure or low pressure, the liquid in the cup will be discharged from the outlet.   When gas pressure, need to be pushed upward pagoda negative liquid outlet.
Manual Drain	The water outlet is a valve needle, all in a sealed state.Need manual drainage. Push up the valve needle to discharge the liquid.
Auto Drain	When the liquid in the cup rises to a certain level, the float due to buoyancy elevation outlet opening, i.e. to achieve drainage function. The bottom of the water outlet is equipped with an interface, 2000D interface M5 thread, 3000D-5000D interface through the air pipe. The bottom interface S-tighten, O-loose (After loosening, it can be replaced with a new interface)
