Installation Instructions
Mounting Direction: All units must be installed vertically with bowls at the bottom. The arrow marking on the main body indicates correct airflow direction.
Installation Order (Combination Units): Air Inlet → Air Filter (or Filter/Regulator) → Regulator (if separate) → Lubricator → Air Outlet.
Pressure Adjustment (for models with regulator): Lift the adjustment knob to unlock, rotate clockwise to increase pressure or counterclockwise to decrease, then press down to lock the setting.
Port Connection: Use PTFE thread seal tape on pipe threads. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the aluminum body.
Pressure Gauge Installation (for models with pressure gauge port): Install pressure gauge into G1/8" port. Do not overtighten-excessive tightening may cause thread or body damage.
Maintenance Guidelines
Filter Element Replacement: Replace every 6-12 months depending on air quality. Optional 5μm high-precision elements require more frequent replacement than standard 40μm elements.
Water Drainage: Manual drain models require daily drainage. Auto-drain models (-D suffix) should be checked periodically for proper function. Drainage can be done by: (a) releasing air pressure (auto-drain operates when pressure drops), or (b) manually lifting the drain pin on the bottom of the bowl.
Lubricator Oil Refill: Maintain oil level within visible range of sight glass. Recommended lubricant: Turbine Oil No.1 ISO VG32 or equivalent. Do not use oil with additives that may damage seals.
Bowl Cleaning: Do not clean polycarbonate bowls with organic solvents (alcohol, benzene, acetone) as these degrade PC material. Use mild soap and water only.
Condensate Management: Do not exceed rated flow capacity. If airflow exceeds rating, condensate and oil mist may be carried over to the outlet, potentially damaging downstream components.
